2026/27  PN/K1 Admission Criteria

Eligibility for Admission:

Eligibility for admission is based on age according to the child’s birth date.

K1: Toddlers born on or before 31-12-2023

Pre-Nursery: Toddlers born on or before 31-8-2024

Application form:Applications accepted throughout the year

Forms will be available from 1-9-2025 (Monday) to 25-10-2025 (Saturday) -Accept applications for the first round of interviews on 1-11-2025

Forms can be collected in person from the School Office or downloaded from the school website: www.htckg.edu.hk  (No Quota)

Deadline for Submission:

25-10-2025, 12:00 noon ( If sent by post, deadline will be based on the date of postage stamp chop)

Date of Interview:

K1：1-11-2025 (Sat)

Pre-Nursery：Frist period1-11-2025 (Sat); Second period 07-03-2026 (Sat) 

Admission Notice:

We will notify parents about the K1 admission result by post and email within two to three weeks after the interview.

We will notify parents about the PN admission result by post and email within two to three weeks after the interview.

Application Process:

1. Complete the application form

2. 2 photos of the child (1.5 x 2 inches), with one used on the application form

3. A copy of the child’s birth certificate.

4. 4 self–addressed stamped envelopes with $2.2 postage fee.

5. The Application fee of forty dollars.(No refund)

6. Please submit the above information to the School Office in person or by post. If sent by post, Please enclose a crossed cheque payable to “Holy Trinity Centre Kindergarten”

Admission Procedures:

〉Details of the interview will be notified by post or in person upon the receipt of application.

〉We will arrange an interview for all applicants and it will be conducted in a game-mode, parents please accompany the child for the interview. For the Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students, please contact our school at 2760 0189 or email to [email protected] if you need any translation or simultaneous interpretation during the interview.

〉Admission Criteria:

 1. Interview performance.

 2. Applicant with siblings currently studying in the kindergarten will be given priority consideration.

 3. Applicant from families in need will be given priority consideration, Such as dual-working parents or carers of the elderly, etc.
    (Due to the limited capacity, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the
    priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)

〉If your child has been offered a school place:

1. K1 Enrolment: Parents please finish the registration in our school between 8-1-2026 to 10-1-2026 (the centralized registration dates by Education Bureau) in a designated period of time and pay HK$1570 for the application fee, this would be returned by autopay September 2026. A late enrolment will not be accepted and the school place will be taken by other children on the waiting list.

PN Enrolment: Parents please finish the registration  in our school according to the instructions in the admission letter and pay HK$1570 for the application fee, this would be returned by autopay September 2026. A late enrolment will not be accepted and the school place will be taken by other children on the waiting list.

2. Please submit the '2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission' for K1 students prior to the enrolment. Should you decide to withdraw from the enrolment you may collect the registration certificate from the School Office.

3. A medical certificate from a doctor must be submitted.

〉Waiting List:
If a school place becomes available, students on the waiting list would be informed by phone to complete their enrolment at our School Office during the given period.
